Shipping
Shopping cart shipping is quoted for the 48 lower US states and Canada.
Terms of Payment
Payment will be made by VISA or MasterCard at time of ordering on-line, by official purchase order, wire-transfer or credit card when ordering by fax. Shipping charges will apply to all shipments by carrier or by freight.
Shipments over 50lbs are shipped by freight.
The shipping charges shown on Mechanical Kits Ltd. Website and its shopping cart apply to shipments 50lbs or less.
Pricing Policy
Every effort will be made to hold prices; however, we reserve the right to revise prices on certain items when necessary.
When Ordering By Fax
Please print your name, ship-to address and preferred contact information clearly on your order form.
We will contact you to confirm your order and receive your payment information or issue an invoice as appropriate.
Returns
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. We will issue a “store credit” in your favour or replace the item. . A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returns unless damaged or shipped in error.
All returns must be authorized by Mechanical Kits Ltd.

Mechanical Kits Ltd. shall not be liable for any injury or damage, direct or consequential relating to the misuse or inability to use our products. Users assume the risk and liability while using and/or testing our products.
